Called into Newfield Fireplaces to get some advice regarding an oak beam to fit over our inset multi fuel stove.
Ian was very knowledgeable and guided us towards a bespoke Riveryn Quarry shelf.
We agreed with his advice and the shelf was made and fitted within two days. The shelf is well made and looks great and compliments a 45yr old fireplace.
Nothing was too much trouble for Ian and the guys who fitted it were professional and very polite.
I will not hesitate to use this company in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.
The whole process was very satisfying and reasonably priced.

A couple of months ago we had two FDC multifuel stoves and hearths fitted at the same time by the team from from Newfield Fireplaces ( replacing a defunct gas fire and an open fireplace.) The lads doing the main task (John and Matt?) were polite and efficient getting the job done as quickly and cleanly as possible with what can be a bit of a dust fest. Ian organised the waste skips and a cherry picker for the chimney stack/pot and liner work and a very decent plasterer to tidy up the walls afterward - all done in a timely manner. It was good to just deal with the one contactor and not try to self manage the project using unassociated tradesman. Since the stoves have been fitted the house is noticeably warmer - the rooms retain heat better even when the stoves are not lit! Would recommend.

From start to finish Ian and his staff were very.efficient, clean workers. Polite and a job well done. I would thoroughly recommend this Company for your your new surround, new fire etc and installation was first class with no mess.

Absolutely brilliant job. Very happy with my new fire and surround. The lads who came to install it were very pleasant, efficient and made a neat job. They left no mess and took away the old surround. A great job and great value. Thank you.

Ian was very nice and good to advised us what to have from log burner gas fire and electric he came out to our house to advise us what to have we gone with electric fire and marble surround the lads came today to do the job very friendly and clean put sheets down from frontdoor to living room and cleaned upwhen they finished very very happy i would recommend them to anyone very pleased thank you Ian and lads

I've wanted a stove log burner for quite some time, and after a lot of research and browsing numerous companies, I chose Newfield Fireplaces. I called Ian, who came to my house to offer expert advice and recommendations for what would best suit our property. Once we selected the ideal stove and fireplace, Ian and his team promptly scheduled the installation. The team worked diligently for four days, as it was a significant project, and their professionalism was outstanding. They maintained a tidy workspace and kept me informed about the progress throughout. I am very pleased with the end result and will certainly recommend these guys. Thank you!
